The brief
Emotional support animal letters are a category full of instant PDF mills, so the entire market is treated as suspect by the people who receive the documents. We built the site around that suspicion instead of hiding from it, and gave the brand a fifty state legal library that nobody else in the space had bothered to write.
Every competitor in this market says the same three words: fast, easy, guaranteed. Those are exactly the words a landlord has learned to distrust. The brand needed to sound like the opposite of the thing it is mistaken for.
What we did
Led with the objection rather than the offer. The page states plainly that landlords do not reject ESA letters, they reject fake ones, and then spends the rest of the site proving which kind this is.
Built a four step licensed process page so the visitor can see a real clinician in the chain before paying anything.
Wrote a state by state legal library covering all fifty states, including the tighter regimes such as California AB 468, which is the kind of content that earns organic traffic for years.
Added a free pre check funnel at the top of the journey, so an unqualified visitor finds out early and a qualified one arrives at checkout already convinced.
Separated the PSD offering into its own explained track rather than confusing it with ESA, because conflating the two is the most common mistake in the category.
